MERCHANDISE PURCHASE PROCESS

  1. All merchandise can be ordered via our merchandise purchase google form found on the linktree in our About section or here.

  2. After filling out the google form ensure to make the payment to the Flying Samaritans Zelle or Venmo. Both payment options listed on the merchandise purchase form and also found on the linktree.

  3. Before submission of the merchandise form upload your proof of purchase (e.g: Zelle or Venmo transaction receipt)

  4. Double-check the PID to make sure it matches yours to avoid confusion when collecting merchandise.

  5. Finally, submit your merchandise google form and the Flying Samaritans Executive Board will be in touch shortly regarding pick-up for your brand new merchandise.
