October 15th Clinic

On Saturday, October 15th, we had a medical, dental, and optometry clinic trip to serve the community of Chapultepec in Ensenada, Mexico. Thank you so much to all our volunteers and our medical providers, Kelsey and Melanie, our optometrist, Dr. Carina Van de Pol OD and her students, our dentists, and our nutritionist, Cynthia, who were able to attend! We were able to see 20 medical patients, 27 optometry consultations, 13 dental patients, and 11 nutritional consultations. Overall, we were able to prescribe 19 pairs of eyeglasses, run a variety of lab tests, provide prescriptions free of charge, perform one dental extraction, and perform 12 cleanings!
